Design students Alex Cabunoc & Ji A You of Art Center College of Design have created a device that is aimed at solving a problem that a large population faces on daily basis: how do you wash clothes without electricity or running water? With GiraDora, a foot pedal powered washer and dryer, the cleaning and drying process can be shortened to 3-5 minutes.
