Many brave soul from Vancouver started off January 1st of 2014 with a polar bear swim, I was there to capture the fun and excitement. Two thousand people were at the annual ritual event English Bay. Temperature is at 5 degree C which is very warm compare to other part of Canada. Hamilton was so cold they have to cancel the polar bear swim.
